Shipping Information
We ship all merchandise with the United States Postal Service, Priority Mail( 2-3 days delivery) with delivery confirmation. To track your package, simply click HERE.

When will I receive my order?
All orders purchased from Pro-Jerseys.com via paypal, will be emailed within 24 hrs a confirmation email containing a shipping date and tracking number. All custom orders that need personal customizing take 3-4 weeks.

All merchandise listed on the web site are in stock and will ship the next day. You just can't do it any faster than that.

Shipping charges are as follows:

USA (priority mail, 2-3 days) $7.00/ $1.00 each additional item.
Canada (Shipped USPS air mail insured, 5-7 days) $13.00/ $1.00 each additional item.
International Shipping (Shipped USPS air mail insured, 8-10 days) $19.00/ $1.00 each additional item.

United States Postal Service. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation (2-3 days delivery)

$7.00 Shipping and Handling charge on all orders to United States and Canada.

All international orders are shipped USPS Air mail unless specified.

All authentic NBA jerseys and merchandise are shipped SAME DAY service. The day we receive your payment is the day your jersey is mailed out. Can't do it any faster then that.

Refunds/Exchanges
Pro-Jerseys Inc. will only accept returns for the following 2 reasons:

1. You've received a defective jersey; or
2. You received the wrong jersey.

Know your size! We will not accept returns solely because you ordered the wrong size or wrong jersey. We apologize if this causes an inconvenience but we must enforce this rule in order to keep our overhead down and prices below retail.

If you need to exchange an item, here is what you need to do:

1. You must first obtain an RAF, Return Authorization Form, from us before sending items back for an exchange/refund. In order to receive your RAF via e-mail please contact us at gregg@pro-jerseys.com.

   Any return not accompanied by a Return Authorization Form will be refused. No exceptions!

2. All returns must have the original tags attached. We will not accept returned items that have been worn, washed or show signs of abuse.

Payment
Paypal is preferred. If you're not already a Paypal member (the service is free, fast and easy!!) you can either sign-up by clicking here or you can continue shopping our inventory and will be directed through the sign-up process during checkout. We accept all major credit/debit cards through www.paypal.com.
